Working with the four One Stop Youth Resource Center (OSYC) from East Africa and the International Centre for Sustainable Cities, the content was recently pilot tested through an interactive training process designed with the goal of increasing the capacity of key staff and volunteers within the Centre to evaluate their own programs.
The work on the LFA (Logical Framework Analysis) has been completed, and it highlights the Outcomes, Indicators, Outputs and activities for the centers. On Friday 6th of November 2009, some of the tools that shall be used to evaluate the programme – including a questionnaire – were developed and pre-tested at the Centre with 20 young people as the key stakeholders.
This guide, along with other training manuals developed with the One Stops will be launched at the Fifth session of the World Urban Forum in Rio de Janeiro in March 2010.
