Synergos develops partnerships and supports leaders to change the systems that keep people in poverty. The goal of the Senior Fellows Program is to increase the effectiveness of extraordinary leaders, who are committed to collaborative action to bring sustainable, systemic improvements in the lives of the communities they serve. Launched in 1999, the Senior Fellows program today links 112 extraordinary civil society leaders from more than 30 countries in a worldwide learning, service and action network.
