Registration is now open for the 9th Global Conference on National Youth Service in Alexandria, Egypt, October 25-28, 2010. Hosted by the International Association for National Youth Service (IANYS), the American University in Cairo and the Library of Alexandria, this conference is an exciting opportunity for professionals in the field of youth development to come together to share information and current developments in the field with other policymakers, practitioners, and researchers; nurture connections for developing future projects; and discuss the emerging impact of service in the context of youth employability and youth service policy among other important themes. Conference participants will include professionals in the field of youth civic engagement from across the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region and around the world.
