The Human Rights Education Associates (HREA) has launched its first introductory e-course Rights of Refugees and Displaced Persons. The introductory e-courses are an addition to the specialised (11-week) distance learning courses, offered since 2002, and the short (6-week) certificate courses that HREA started offering in May.
