Position title: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Partner at the United Group
Employment: Full Time

The basic mission of the Marketing Coordinator for the Training, Researches and Studies Unit is to market the services of this unit, which are represented in designing and implementing various training programs, studies and researches of legal nature in return for fees. These programs, studies and researches will be designed for the employees of local, regional or international private/public institutions, agencies or organizations inside Egypt or the Arab region. This job entails setting executive strategies for marketing, developing a database of target clients, conducting meetings and communicating with target clients to present and market our services, as well as following up on the set plan.
Furthermore, it includes writing reports, data collection; the position also requires administrative work such as preparation of memos, letters, faxes, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate is the one who has a combination of experiences in the fields of training, marketing and public relations to successfully complete the required tasks. The job requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent writing and communication skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty of the job and accept special projects as assigned
Specific Responsibilities:
* Developing a strategy for marketing the services of the training and research unit.
* Developing an executive plan for the marketing activities of the unit.
* Organize Marketing meetings with stakeholders
* Proposing/participa ting in designing the training programs to be marketed.
* Proposing ideas for marketable studies and researches and implementing them for clients.
* Preparing a database of the companies and agencies that we deal with and those who are expected to be future clients.
* Proposing/designing marketing tools (brochures, website…..etc) and following-upon their execution.
* Attend internal and external meetings as needed
* Participate in UG’s conferences, workshops and seminars
* Filing electronic and printed marketing proposals.
* Perform other duties as may be assigned
Desirable qualifications:
University degree required. Two years of relevant professional experience required, previous experience in marketing are assets. Excellent organizational and writing skills and good level of computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook). Proven ability to work under pressure. Excellent written and spoken English.
