The Global Changemakers will bring 60 community activists, social entrepreneurs and volunteers from the two regions – Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe – to the summit.
The summit will take place in June 2012 in Brussels; the exact dates are still to be confirmed.
The Global Changemakers are inviting active youth in the age between 18 and 24 to apply for participation. The 60 regular participants must be new Changemakers who haven’t taken part in previous summits. However, as with all recent summits 10 existing Global Changemakers (aged 18-25 on the first day of the summit) to the Euro-Africa Youth Summit will attend as peer facilitators.
The British Council will covers all the costs (i.e. travel, visa, accommodation, meals, and training costs) for the selected participants. Resident of a European country or one of the Sub Saharan Africa countries listed here:
