Position Overview
The Social Investment Council is a network of nearly 100 socially conscious young leaders from the private sector who actively support Echoing Green’s mission to invest in and support social entrepreneurs. Since its creation in 2004, the Social Investment Council has raised more than $800,000 to support Echoing Green’s seed funding fellowship program. The Social Investment Council engages young professionals in Echoing Green’s mission by hosting educational and fundraising events, including the annual cocktail event and award ceremony for inspirational leaders, attracting 450+ young professionals across New York City. Building on its successful track record, Echoing Green is now searching for an entrepreneurial, creative leader to expand the Council’s scope and reach.
