At the request of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, UNICEF Burkina Faso is looking to hire a French-speaking consultant to develop a toolkit on HRBA programming for sectoral policies. The toolkit is to be part of the Government’s “Guide Methodologique pour l’Elaboration des Politiques Sectorielles”, along with other thematic modules on Gender, Employment and Environment.
The consultant will be tasked with:
- Developing a toolkit / module on using a human rights based approach to planning in the design sectoral policies and programmes (July / August);
- Travelling to Burkina Faso to present and finalize the toolkit, with inputs from the Steering Group in charge of the Manual (September / October);
- Preparing and conducting a training on the HRBA toolkit / module (September / October).
